Directing classes show at ATA: Kurdish film selected for screening - ATA - 15 May 07
  The Directing Classes show at ATA will take place on 18 May, 2007 and will feature a film from young Kurdish film student and active Kurdish American Youth member, Apo Welatparez, entitled From the Diary of a Kurd. This film was among those selected for exclusive screening at the ATA event.

KAYO and Kurt-KAV help Kurdish flood victims from report on NetKurd- 20 Jan 07
  Last month, a flood relief project was initiated by the Kurdish American Youth Organization (KAYO) in coordination with the Kurdish Cultural Search Foundation (Kurt-KAV) in Istanbul to help the Kurdish victims of the floods that hit the city of Amed (Diyarbakir) in November of 2006.
