Register your Chapter with the KAYO National Office...

Once you have gone through steps 2 and 3 your chapter needs to register with the KAYO secretary and fill out the KAYO Chapter form and submit it via mailing or e-mail to the current KAYO Secretary. This is usually handled by the chapters Vice-President. The form can be found on KAYO’s website (www.kurdyouth.org) in the membership section. All necessary addresses, electronic and mailing are also available on the website.

Once this has been done, you are an official KAYO chapter!! If you are not applying through a university you are not required to register the organization with any governmental agency. KAYO is already a non-profit 501(c)(3) nationally registered organization. We are also a federally tax exempt organization, registered and approved by the IRS.
